This recipe is a tasty and nutritious protein treat for those who are looking for a sweet bite, without the use of raw sugar.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup protein powder
3/4 cup dessicated coconut
2 tbsp hot water
3 tbsp raw cocoa
3 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut paste)
1 tbsp raw honey
5 tbsp almond milk
Extra coconut for rolling

Method:
Process all ingredients in food processor or blender then roll into balls and coat with coconut. I often add extras like walnuts, sunflower seeds or dates. For dairy free option use almond meal instead of protein powder.
